What did you find most interesting about Soc Fest?
Was it the display or story of a classmate, or was it information you discovered about yourself and your culture as you worked on the project?

ReplyDeleteThe Soc Fest was amazing, and I was fascinated by all the cultures. I was looking forward to the Soc fest, but I was not expecting it to be so enlightening! I enjoyed the music from Nigeria to the bread of Iceland. I found Chile to be the most intriguing. He influenced me to go home, and learn some more things about this amazing (culture) country. My classmate informed me of the pride that the people in his home had, and how they would end their day early when there was a soccer game on tv. I met some new people from different places; as a result, I am more enlightened.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed participating in the Soc Fest last week. All of the individuals I met and the cultures I learned about were very interesting. Just viewing a person from the outside will not allow an individual to experience all that person has to offer. Learning about various cultures helps a person appreciate diversity. The displays of my classmates were amazingly presented. I really enjoyed hearing their stories and tasting the food from different countries.
Amber F. 97 in response to Peter A. 96
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that the Soc Fest was very enlightening. The information I received from my classmates about their cultures gave me insight to their beliefs and ways of life.

I agree with your opinions, and I respect your ideas. One can only be enlightened by these cultures if they actually attended the Soc Fest. There are other ways to indulge in cultural relativism, but this is the most exciting way. I met some new friends, and I learned some new things.
Misty H. 92
ReplyDeleteI found SocFest to be both fascinating and overwhelming. There was so much to take in that I know that I only scratched the surface of what was there. There was no way to really see everything and really digest it.
It was really cool to see how everyone viewed themselves and wanted to express themselves to others. I did notice in several of the displays that the culture was very tied to the family, which I really found fascinating. (Mine was centered around my family too.) It really does go to show taht regardless of where you are from in the world, family really is the most important thing.
Kathy W. (online96) Social Fest was truly an eye opening experience. It reconfirmed what I knew America to be made of. However there were a few that will remain sketched in my memory like the person that had a ventilator circulatory system there and explaining the life of (i'm assuming)her child, what a level of commitment, skill and love that person must have, the biker chick who happens to be a well rounded, married, mother of two. That did away with my stereotypes of bikers. In all, I really learned a lot about the many different people and cultures that make up these United States of America.
ReplyDeleteRainey S. 98 (online) response to Kathy W.
DeleteI’m glad you enjoyed my project and I was able to enlighten you about the biker club which I am involved. There are many people out there that have the common misconception that bikers are rude lawbreakers; the common misunderstanding is far from the truth. Truth be told, there are many biker clubs that have nothing other than good intentions in addition to a positive effect on their community. I truly enjoyed Sociology Fest and I’m glad you did as well.
Kathy W.(online 96) in response to Amber F.97
ReplyDeleteI agree with you whole-heartily. The Fest was an opportunity to see past your world, to see the different cultures, life styles, foods, music and so on. I definitely walked away feeling more enlightened by the vast different culture we have in this lil small Georgia, just imagine outside of Bartow county?

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the Soc Fest, there are so many different cultures in Georgia that i did not know about. I enjoyed the different foods, they were very tasty. I also enjoyed meeting my classmates in person and talking to them about their culture. Just by looking at them i would never have known what culture they were from and this made it even more interesting.
Bjorn S. 67 in response to Diana C. 98
DeleteI was looking forward to meeting the people that I have been trading emails with and looking too for help with questions. It is crazy how many micro communities are around us that we never notice.

DeleteI am upset i missed it, but it sounded like everyone had an amazing time!!

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed all of the different cultures of Soc Fest. It was so neat to see where these people came from and learning about their heritage, ancestors, family, food, etc. I thought it was very interesting that so many people from different ethnicities and surroundings could be compiled into a couple of college sociology classes. You don't realize it until you do a project like this.
My favorite and most interesting was discovering things about my other classmates. I know my heritage and culture and where I come from, but to learn it through other people's eyes is totally different and exciting. It was unique to look at all of the different cultures ands countries. I enjoyed eating all the food, that was probably my favorite part of all.
I highly enjoyed Soc Fest, and I would definitely suggest this to other classes that would be able to do so. It was such a unique and different experience. Thank you Mr. LaPorte!
Bjorn S 67
ReplyDeleteI was not fortunate enough to make it due to last minute schedualing. From the previous posts it seems like it was an interesting and fun event. It would be kind of neat to see the people that we have been communicating with.
Shalon H. 67 (Online)
ReplyDeleteCourtney- I agree with you regarding the different cultures. That was a very interesting part as well as the food. You are right there are certain things you dont realize until you do things like the Soci Fest.
Shalon H. 67 (Online)
ReplyDeleteThe most interesting thing about the Soci Fest was things I learned about myself. Even though I didnt find out anyting new, the project took back to to things I had forgot about regarding my religon and my family history. I realize how after placing everything on my science board how much of a spiritual person I am, and why I love God and my background so much.
Brandon M. 93
ReplyDeleteOverall I enjoyed the Soc Fest it was good. Learning about someone else's story was very interesting. I came out knowing many facts about different things. During this process I also learned alot about myself as well.
Brandon M. 93 in response to Misty H. 92
ReplyDeleteYes it was very overwhelming! So many different cultures from all over. I agree family is really important.

ReplyDeletei think the thing i found most interesting was everything i learned about the people around me in this educational enviroment, i thought everyones presentations were phenominal and i loved meeting and speaking with new people. I also found that i have more in common with certian people than i thought, but overall the presentations were my favorite and i couldnt be more pleased about participating!

ReplyDeleteI was slightly nervous about the soc fest, not sure why. But once everyone got up and starting moving around I seriously had so much fun. The food was for sure my favorite part. I sat next to a wonderful woman named Tina who made the experience that much more enjoyable. I loved seeing everyones culture through their eyes and how proud everyone was to show it off.
Jenn B in response to Morgan R
Deleteanytime you open yourself up for display can be daunting, especially with so much diversity, views and opinions that availble to touch you - I fould everyone to really be respectful, even if on there face they weren't always sure about what they learned and to me that's growth:)
Morgan P. In response to Kathy W. (online96)
ReplyDeleteI thought the exact same thing when I was walking around, how America is so blessed so have such a variety of culture within our own. It was a wonderful eye opener. I also have to agree with smashing the stereotypes of a lot of cultures.
Brian C in response to Morgan P
DeleteI was thinkin the same thing about how there are so many subcultures within the American culture itself
Merry B, online 97
ReplyDeleteSOC Fest was very overwhelming! I had fun and I ate a lot of food. I learned many things about others and about myself. 1) food brings people together 2)I was wrong in believing Georgia was full of only country folk like my self. I found that we really are a diverse people. 3) I was self centered to think I would be the only one to show my religion. I found that most people did also.
Merry B, 97 online in response to Morgan P. 96(online)
ReplyDeleteI agree, I was nervous also and I was not really sure why. I also thought the food was the best part. I ended up having a lot of fun in the end.
Yes the food was definitely the best part. Shout out to the guy who had the cajun catfish, the girl with the fried chicken and macaroni, another young lady who had some type of baked chicken on the end (delicious) and the banana pudding. I am sure I gained another 3 lbs. It was all worth it! Now its time for me to go and work out! Great fun!
DeleteI enjoyed the Soc Fest even though I had to rush out. I did get to see a few cultures before I left which really suprised me. I found that alot of others had the same southern culture I did. I also found the difference in African American southern culture and mine. It is quite similar but different at the same time. I thought the clothing brought by some were awesome. I loved seeing everyones dishes they brought. They all smelled so good. The best part to me was just seeing the people and not expecting some of the cultures they had. It was a very cool experience.
ReplyDeleteHeather Puckett in response to Shannon H.
ReplyDeleteI love that the assignment took you back too. I remembered how much I enjoy studying my culture also and how God is a very important part of it!
Jenn B 98
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the whole experience, it was very cool to see situations in life that you think are unique is shared by others. Starting out i didn't think I had alot to showcase, but as I really jumped into the product I saw myself differently too - and had a hard time minamizing my display. The items that really stood out was all the military service that was in that room, and I was especially touch by the Navy wife and her poems! (being an Army wife myself:)
Jaime H online 96
ReplyDeleteI thought that soc fest was great! I was a little intimidated by the people that had great big displays. I felt like I did not have much of a "culture". I loved to learn about other peoples cultures and meet my fellow classmates.
Jaime H online 96 in response to Jenn B
ReplyDeleteI was a Navy wife and missed that display. I wish I had seen it. I met some people that I had a lot in common with and I love that. I also met people that I did not have anything in common with but loved to learn about their cultures.

ReplyDeleteI was very excited to attend soc fest and was also very shocked to find out one of my classmates is from from country, as a matter of fact, we went to the same school back home...small world!
Fese E.01 in response to Jenn B 98
ReplyDeleteI cannot imagine myself being an army wife but I am happy I met one. I was very impressed by the poems and information I saw at the soc fest...I am proud of you guys.
Stephanie L. 96
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed Soc Fest. It was interesting to me to see how many people had the same culture as me. A lot of people around me shared the same southern culture as I did, even though we were from different locations in the South. I also enjoyed seeing how different other people's culture was from my own. Even though people shared cultures from different countries, there was still a common thread, such as the importance of family and religion, that we shared.
Stephanie L. 96 in response to Diana C.
I also thought it was fun to see everyone in person. It's hard with an online class to be unable to put a face with a name. Soc Fest was a great way to get to meet our classmates and also to see everyone's culture.

ReplyDeleteit was really nice. i enjoyed myself. i met a person who had crohn's disease and it was refreshing to hear someone could understand my projec. the displays were awesome!!!!! i didn't really meet anyone from my class, but overall, it was an experience to see he different cultures. the one i most enjoyed was the Hawaii project, awesome!!!!
M. Dixon 96(online) in response to Morgan P. 96.
ReplyDeletei agree with you. i was a little nervous as well. but overall, it was a great experience.
I met two wonderful women there that were seated next to me. One of the women really didn't know much about her own culture which fascinated me. How could you not know from which you came but she didn't. Because of this project, it made her indulge more into her own roots and want to learn more about herself and her family. The other young lady carved some type of wood which I thought was amazing coming from a girl. Go woman!! The social fest was a lot of fun. I met a lot of great people and learned a great deal about other cultures and places like Blue Ridge, GA....so beautiful! The food was amazing, I certainly was not hungry once I arrived home. My family was so jealous. It was a wonderful experience and I am glad I attended.
ReplyDeleteStacey F. 96
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed one students display who was a flight attendant for the military! All of the different countries she traveled and the patches given to her by troops was very interesting and her service is appreciated by people like myself who has veterans in their families! I enjoyed the time to learn something new!

ReplyDeleteWow,that was the most interesting project so far that I have done this semister. It took me back home to study about my culture which I thought I understood very well.It was fascinating to meet people from different cultures who take pride in them.I enjoyed going round and learning a lot of things and filling my stomach too with new delicious dishes.Kudos to the organizers.
Gladys M-98{online} in response to Heather.
ReplyDeleteI was as well fascinated by the clothing and food.I have always been very reluctant in trying dishes from other cultures;but that day I tasted almost every dish that was in that room.I also admired the clothing escepecially those from West Africa.

ReplyDeleteI liked how some people dressed the part and that they also brought alot of different material to share with everyone else. also i like how some people put alot of effort into their cooking. thats nothing but pride, liked it alot
Deidre W. 97-I found it most interesting the different people that were from different cultures. And what had been past down from them about their cultures and how proud they were to be either a part of a certain heritage or part of a certain group. Everyone seem to want to show off who they were and what the were about
ReplyDeleteDeidre W. 97 in response to Courtney Marks-I too am fascinated that so many cultures could all come together to take the same class and learn the same thing even though we come from very different places.
ReplyDeleteSylvenna H. 96
ReplyDeleteThe soc fest was good. What I foud it most interesting was to learn about other cultures and get to see how their lives are different than mine. Some of their holiday tratidions were amazing too. I really enjoyed it.

ReplyDeleteI had a blast working on my soc fest project. If I was around my project to explain everything then people understood, but if I was not there and I was looking at what everyone else had done, then people must have thought I was a GA fanatic. I did mine on my home state where I have lived my whole life and what comes to mind when I think of GA. Also no one tried my cookie cake b/c I didnt have any way to cut it or hand it out, so I took my cookie cake back home with me and my family enjoyed it. I also met alot of new people that are in the other teachers class or they are from the online class. I think this was a fun worth while project and I would do it again, if I had more classes like this sociology class.
Stephanie M. 98 (ONLINE) in response to Carolyn W.
DeleteYour board did the BEST at representing Georgia, I think! Hands DOWN. :) Wish I wasn't feeling ill so that I could have tried your cookie cake. It was also really nice to meet you!

ReplyDeleteI discovered a lot more information on the city where I was born, which I did my project on. Savannah has a lot of history including having two fires that destroyed majority of the city back in the 1700s. I really had a lot of fun at the social fest learning different cultures.
Crystal N.97
ReplyDeleteI had a great time at the sociology fest.My project was on Hawaii. I really enjoyed the projects that I saw, but I wish that I could have seen more.I didn't expect to see so many different cultures. The Iranian project and food stood out the most to me. I got the recipe, and I actually just made the dish at home last night.Overall, it was a great time!
Stacey F. 96 in response to Crystal N.
DeleteI felt the same way I was very surprised by how many different cultures we had in our classes! It's what makes this country so great to have the melting pot that makes up our community!
I feel the same way about the project. I really enjoyed your project. There was a lot of colors and you did a great job.

ReplyDeleteI loved participating in Soc Fest this year i thought it was so fun putting together a tri-fold board of things important in my life and making the sweet tea for everyone to try. what i really loved is walking around and while trying their food i got to listen to their rehearsed speech about their project. I would really like to get to know those people more and see how their families live. I would love to do the soc fest all over again!
Deana L. The most interesting thing i saw, was really I never realized actually how diverse that the college is with, diffrent cultures, It was really an experience to learn about differnt cultures and taste the different foods. That is completly different than what I eat on a daily basics.
ReplyDeleteDiana C. 98 responding to Amber F. 97
ReplyDeleteI agree with Amber on how learning about different cultures help appreciate the diversity in this country, and also understand them more.
Rainey S. 98 (online)
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed sociology fest and was amazed at the diversity of different cultures. This was by far the best proctored event that I have ever had the privilege to attend. I will admit that I was a little nervous about my project but after several other students arrived, I felt more at ease. I enjoyed tasting the variety of foods made available by my classmates as well as speaking with them and learning about their culture. I hope in the future I have the opportunity to attend a similar event.
Shenique G 97
ReplyDeleteThe most interesting thing about the Soc Fest that i enjoyed was to see all of these people of different races, religions, and cultures all come together under the same roof to share some things about their selves. I also enjoyed the different foods that was made and prepared by my fellow classmates and others. I absolutely enjoyed myself at the Soc Fest and wish that I could have stayed a little longer then I did and actually meet my classmates face to face.
CandissR98 I agree the different foods was great. I came a bit late and wish I was there longer.
Deletemaureeng62(online)
DeleteI found all the different foods to be interesting ,although they were all different most of the main entrees were the same. They were all made with rice ,vegetables and a small amount of protein. This is the way most of the world eats except the U.S.
Shenique G. 97 in response to Rainey S.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with everything that you said. I also enjoyed this event and if there was another I would gladly attend. I was also a little nervous when I first arrived. It took me quite a while to completely over come my nervousness, but other then that I really enjoyed myself.

DeleteMe too! I don't really do big crowds like that. But I warmed up faster than I thought I would everybody was just so sweet and very open-minded.
Jamie M.96 I was surprised to see such a variety of cultures. I enjoyed the flight attendents display and enjoyed listening to her trips assisting movement of troops. The bagpipe was also interesting I was surprised to learn they had six reeds.
ReplyDeleteReply to Kathy W.96 from Jamie M.96 I am glad you enjoyed my vent circuit display. The Soc Fest was wonderful I surprised at the number of interesting cultures that were represented.

ReplyDeleteI can't really say if I can just focus on just one soc fest presentation, they all ROCKED. I really enjoyed sharing my info to everyone that stopped by and also hearing the passion of everyone else's presentations. My son was really impressed also. I think he reall enjoyed all the food and the plantains from Cameroon!

ReplyDeleteWhat I found most interesting about the soc.fest was about my culture Trinidadian. I never knew how carnival was so important and competitive to our people. I also learned the recipe to make my favorite dish curry chicken and peas and rice.
I really enjoyed this Soc Fest project. I have never done anything like that before. It was really good to meet the people that we have been collaborating with throughout the whole semester. Also the food was an added plus too. Everyone did a great job representing their culture, it was very interesting.

ReplyDeleteSoc Fest was a BLAST. It was nice to meet all of the people and see all of the things they brought to introduce or show off their culture. Especially the FOOD! Everyone did such a great job representing their culture...made me think twice about mine. I also learned from someone how to make easy, delicious, CHEAP hummus that was to. Die. For. Their stuffed grape leaves that went with it? MAGIC!

I thought it was a pretty awesome experience. It was amazing to see how much diversity we have among just a few classrooms. All the different foods were amazing. It was also really cool to see how many people just got really excited about presenting their culture.

ReplyDeleteHad a wonderful time getting to know the many different cultures among us. Neat to see how people put a spin on things using their own personal values in life and what they find the most important right now. The food was different some amazing and some not so much! All and all had a great time and I also had brought a friend and he thought it was cool as well. I know one value that we all seemed to share was meal times and family.

The Soc Fest was one of the best cultural presentations I have attended this year, I wish we met that often.
ReplyDeleteThe presentations were awesome and meeting and knowing about other people culture was surely a very wonderful idea. It particularly showed me to value and assimilates a lot of good ideas from other culture.
Most of us only learn about other culture from the media and reading from books, but meeting a particular representative from a given culture was truly a lifelong experience.
I agree with agho.
DeleteThe Sco Fest was one of the best cultural presentations which I have attended, and I wish, we met that often.
Before the Soc fest I really had no idea what to expect;however, when I arrived, I was surprised.there were so many people from almost all over the word with different and very interesting cultures. And it is so difficult to say which one was best;In my opinion, all of the presentations were really great, especially food that I enjoyed very much.
Also I was fascinated by some cultures because I found some similarity in them to my culture.
in the end, I'd like to say thank you to Dr.Laporte for all his arrangements and giving us these opportunity to learn about the real word and different cultures, because I am surely know TV and media never give us like these valuable experience.

They were all great. Honestly I enjoyed many of the presentations that were equipped with a food item pertaining to the culture. That was one of my absolute favorite parts. I love trying different ethnic foods! One presentation that did stand out in particular to me was the girl who did Kazakhstan. She was from the and moved to the US. She did an amazing job explaining many different aspects from her country. The girl was very nice and was kind enough to say a few words in her countries language. She even wrote a phrase on a napkin for my friend and I to learn how to say. The whole event was lovely. I really enjoyed myself and so did my family.

I don't think I can pick just one thing that I found the most interesting at the Soc. Fest, it was all very interesting seeing peoples different cultures. It was also very surprising to see people with very different cultures than I would ever expect from simply looking. It was very insightful to view other diverse cultures. I especially enjoyed the ethnic dishes that was available. I personally sampled the rice dish with speckles of cranberry. There was a great sense of pride in all the students. I also enjoyed viewing of the differt clothing for differnt cultures.
ReplyDeleteakiag97 in response to all the students, I see that we all collectively enjoyed the event. I highy recommend it each year. It does give you a sense of pride for our diverse nation. It makes you realize that we are all special and differnt. It also allows you the opportunity to meet people of different nationalities.

ReplyDeleteThe most interesting thing about the Soc Fest was the many different cultures that are at Chattahoochee Technical College. It was amazing to me to see all the cultural in one room at the same time. The joy that everyone felt just to be able to share a little of their culture was outstanding. Finding out about other, especially my co-workers, was the most interesting part about the project. This project was a great experience for me and I really enjoyed learning about other cultures.

ReplyDeleteThe Social Fest was a great way for all the students to get together and represent their culture. It allowed us to see how diverse Chattahoochee Technical College really is. It is amazing how we can all come together and have a great time and to experience other cultures.

ReplyDeleteI loved getting to learn about other people's culture. I found it interesting that some people just saw them self as American instead of composed of their ancestor past. The identified with things that represent America not with someone from their family that came over in a boat over one hundred years ago because those traditions were lost has the generations went on.

ReplyDeleteI actually couldn't find the school. I was lost on the way and arrived at 7:00, sadly I missed everyone. I wish I could have seen how creative it was and the many different cultures and styles everyone had.

ReplyDeleteGetting to know my classmates was the most interesting part for me since i am in an online class. Besides that I thought it was pretty cool to see displays of culture. Some students really went all out and were very creative and others stuck to their American culture. Very all the different culture help me discover a lot about myself as well.

ReplyDeleteEveryone really put effort into their stands and were enthusiastic about sharing their culture, I loved all the food and it was nice to meet some of my online class mates and their families. I brought my mum and baby daughter alone and my mum had a really good time mingling and sampling other people dishes. It was like the international festivals we used to do at school but the turn out was better!

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed a lot at the social fest event. It was very fascinating seeing all the different culture and trying all the different foods.
I really loved hearing about the Iran culture, there culture is really different from mine. I was fascinated with how it was the law for women to have their hair covered up at all times unless they were in their homes. The Iran food was also good. I really enjoyed myself and meeting all the people that were there.

ReplyDeleteThe most interesting thing I found about Soc Fest was how many cultures are represented at Chattahoochee Tech. The diversity of the cultural items, heritages, values and customs were eye opening since we are a relatively small school. Also I did not try any food that I did not like and there's nothing that compares to good free food.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite thing at Soc Fest was trying the Persian food that one couple brought in; it was delicious. I was suprised to find out, first, just how many people are taking Sociology, but also how many of the students are from far-flung places, like Iran and South America. Doing the project was also enlightening, because it reminded me of how much I miss my friends back in Philadelphia. I was reminded of the how different it was to live there in certain ways, and also the good and bad I've left behind.

ReplyDeleteSoc Fest was great! It was great to see so many cultures and subcultures being represented. The cool thing for me is that I could relate to some of them as I used to be part of their subculture. Then there were so many that I got to learn about. It's amazing to see so many people take pride in their heritage and embrace their culture!

DeleteI completely agree with you. Not only did I have a lot to share, I learned a lot. I was even inspired to visit some countries for myself. It was a very good and necessary experience.

ReplyDeleteI agree, the take that people put on their own culture is pretty awesome to see.And to sample the different food from their culture was awesome as well...I'm always up for some free food! :)
I really wish I could give a good answer to this question, but I feel I don’t think I can. I arrived late to the Soc Fest and did not really have time to enjoy all of the displays. What I did get to see I really enjoyed. One of the displays that I commented on was from a lady that I have had class with, hers really did interest me it was rich in family history. I wish I could have taken the time to enjoy all of it. I feel that my husband and children got to enjoy it more than I did. They talked about getting to see and sample foods from different cultures. The one thing that I did take away from what I got to see, not matter what culture you are from, family is the root of most everything. Several of the displays that I saw all had to do with family.

ReplyDeleteAngelia D 98 (online) in response to AnnaM42. I agree completely it was fun and interesting. There is really no way to pick just one thing, it was all interesting. It was so much more than I expected it to be.

ReplyDeleteThe most interesting thing about the Soc Fest was the amount of several different cultures in the room. It was amazing to me to see so many different people with their own traditions. I was so nervous about the assignment, but it turned out very well. I saw a young man that came there and showcased his hats. Without even talking to him, I already found his display very interesting. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to talk to him. I did talk to a lot of other people though. I realized that Iranian food is somewhat similar to Nigerian food. Overall, it was a good experience.

DeleteI agree, the food was one of the best parts!
The most interesting thing saw about Soc Fest was that there were so many different kinds of people who went to chatta tech. Seeing them all really makes you think and and say to yourself "wow i really do live in America". We forget this sometime this place we live holds so many different cultures.

ReplyDeleteI found the cultures shared by everyone interesting, and varied. I was a little disappointed at the lack of interest in my own personal stand, but I kind of understand since most people were set up at tables it was difficult for them to also walk around and see all of the displays.

ReplyDeleteFor some reason I can't clickon the reply button to reply on your commit, but I'm sure your presentation was fine, I just wish that I would have been able to attend. And I had a really nice presentation.
Someone asked me what I had learned from my culture, and it took me by surprise. I hadn't really thought about it before, but so much of what I knew came from my culture. I knew that culture shaped who you were, but I didn't really realize that applied to me until that day.

ReplyDeleteIt was very interesting to see how many different cultures were represented in our class. It just goes to show how you never know what other people's lives are like.
Brian D. Hulsey, Sociology, Chattahoochee Tech
ReplyDeletei learned a lot about other cultures and all of the displays were very interesting.
I unfortunately did not learn anything about myself, but i did learn a lot about my classmates and where they are from and what they have been through. It was very interesting and fun, i enjoyed every second of being there.
